Kathleen Calwell’s journey into nutrition began when she fell ill in the fall of 2005. She was diagnosed with severe perimenopause, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues and high levels of stress. In an effort to heal these health conditions, she went from one doctor and surgeon to the next. The only solutions offered were surgery and prescription drugs, which only served to make her health worse, almost fatally so.

“In the year 2006, I underwent 3 surgeries and was admitted to hospital 9 times! Yes 9. That scary year of sickness had the most profound effect on my life. So when I regained better health, I decided to go back to school to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist to help other women in my situation.
